Description:  Simple financial model which requires user input on size of farm, efficiency of farm, and key cost assumptions.  Is a good starting point to see a list of the most common expenses related to cricket farming, to understand some of the relationships between inputs and outputs, and to run a few high-level hypothetical scenarios.

Level of Detail:  Limited.  Only permits analyzing one product (i.e. frozen crickets or dried crickets) and one channel (i.e. wholesale or retail).  Does not permit simultaneous analysis of multiple products on multiple channels.

Description:  Intermediate financial model which instead of requiring user input on estimated costs (as in the quick and dirty model), requires user input on key drivers (employee count, cost per ft2 of rent, expected life span of crickets...).  All drivers will be accompanied by an explanation of their relationship and prepopulated with baseline assumptions.

Level of Detail:  Moderate.  Permits simultaneous analysis of up to three products sold via three channels.
